Drops events are stream watch reward events where you can earn rewards by watching live streams of specific games on Twitch or CHZZK.
You can participate in Drops events by linking your streaming platform accounts and Steam account to your KRAFTON ID.
Watch live streams of games that are running Drops events on supported platforms (Twitch, CHZZK). Your watch time will accumulate when you watch a stream with active Drops. Check out live channels to claim your rewards!
After logging into your KRAFTON ID, you can link your accounts on the Link page.
To ensure smooth participation in Drops events, please link your Twitch, CHZZK, and Steam accounts.
Please check the steps below for details.
Step 1. Accumulate enough watch time.
Step 2. Claim your Drops rewards from the respective platform's reward page.
ㆍTwitch: Click the Claim Now button next to the rewards on the Drops Inventory page.
ㆍCHZZK: Click the Request Drops or Check Drops button next to the rewards in your Drops Storage.
Step 3. Participate in the Get Drops Rewards event on the event page.
Twitch: You can check your progress on the Drops Inventory page.
CHZZK: You can check your progress on the Drops Storage page.
If you didn't receive your rewards, please log into your KRAFTON ID and check to make sure your accounts are properly linked and you've clicked the Claim button on the streaming platform. If you continue having trouble receiving Drops rewards, please contact the customer support center for the respective game.
Event Notes
Drops rewards can only be obtained through the specified streaming platforms. (Twitch, Chzzk)
Once the specified Drops event period ends as above, you can no longer receive Drops rewards.
For the Steam key, make sure to activate it on Steam by December 22, 2025. (It will expire after that.)
To get Drops rewards, you need to sign up and log in to KRAFTON ID and you need to link your Steam and streaming platform (Twitch, Chzzk) accounts to that ID. Don’t forget to link your account!
You cannot receive Drops rewards more than once. (1 per account)
Drops events may differ by streaming platforms. Please check the notice section for each streaming platform for details.
Drops rewards are provided in limited quantities, and the event may end early if supplies run out.
The Drops event may change depending on the organizer's circumstances.
At your request to participate in the Event, KRAFTON Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) will process your KRAFTON ID (including email address and linked account infomation), game ID, and service usage history. (Retention period: 6 months after the end of the event)
